 At some point most business owners need to consult with someone experienced in matters of developing an effective business exit strategy and determining the true market value of a business.
 
We invite you to contact us for a free initial consultation to discuss your particular situation. 
 
All discussions are held in strict confidence.
 
The initial consultation generally lasts for one hour and is held at the clients place of business so the consultant can gain a visual inspection of the business premises and operation.  The desired outcome of this meeting is to determine the degree of assistance required by the owner and an preliminary estimate of the time to bring the company to market. 
 
From the information gathered MacInnes & Company will develop and deliver a written consulting proposal within 10 business days.
